Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the promotional offers provided by Zeepay Ghana Limited ("Company") as described below. By participating in these offers, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not participate in the promotional offers.

MoneyGram Self-Redemption Offer

Subscribers/Receivers:

Subscribers/receivers who successfully redeem MoneyGram transactions will receive 5 Cedis and GHC2.00 Airtime.
This offer is applicable only to the first redemption on your MoneyGram transaction.
The offer is valid for up to the first 200,000 receivers.

Redemption Conditions:

The minimum redemption amount to qualify for a cash bonus is the Ghana Cedis equivalent of USD100 at the exchange rate deemed by the Bank of Ghana on that given day.
The promotion period for this offer is 3 months from the date of start (1st June 2023), as determined by the Company.

Termination Offer (Receive remittance directly into your Zeepay wallet from abroad)

Receivers:

Receivers who receive transactions directly into their Zeepay wallet from abroad will receive 10 Cedis cashback on every transaction.
This offer is applicable on every foreign remittance received transaction.
The offer is valid for up to the first 100,000 receivers.

Receipt Conditions:

The minimum received amount to qualify for the cashback is GHS1,500.00
The cashback reward is only valid for the promotion period of 3 months from the start date (1st June 2023), as determined by the Company.

Zeepay to Zeepay Offer

Sender:

Senders who make Zeepay to Zeepay transfers will receive 5 Cedis cashback.
The Zeepay to Zeepay cashback reward only applies to the first 3 transactions.
The offer is valid for up to the first 200,000 senders.

Transfer Conditions:

The minimum transfer amount to qualify for this offer is GHS200.
The promotion period for this offer is 3 months from the date of start (Oct, 2023), as determined by the Company.

General Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

Participation in these promotional offers is open to individuals who meet the specific requirements as stated in each offer.

Duration

The promotion period for each offer is 3 months from the date of start, as determined by the Company.

Modification or Termination:

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotional offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Qualify Notification

All who qualify will be notified via SMS when they receive their cashback. All qualifiers should allow at least 48 hours for the SMS to come through.
Zeepay’s decision with respect to all matters related to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Ghanaian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the promotion will be deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Zeepay and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found on our webpage. By participating in these promotional offers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
